Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (orders over £50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, our straightforward returns process makes it easy to get a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Products must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Valid proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • All items from our Adult collections (including sportswear and accessories)
  • Items from our Babywear collection
  • Personalized or custom-made items from our Collections
  • Opened Books & Stationery items

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our team: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your request. Use our template below for faster processing.
  2. Wait for approval: Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package your item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories.
  4. Ship your return: Send the package to our warehouse address (provided in your return approval email) using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or color:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly state in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
  3. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement item

For faster service, you may place a new order for the desired item while your return is being processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
