Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact
- A valid proof of purchase is required
Note: For hygiene reasons, certain items from our Adult and Babywear collections cannot be returned unless faulty. Please see our non-returnable items section below for details.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our team: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your request. Use our template below for faster processing.
- Wait for approval: Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
- Package your item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories.
- Ship your return: Send the package to our warehouse address (provided in your return approval email) using a trackable shipping method.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or color:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly state in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
- Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement item
For faster service, you may place a new order for the desired item while your return is being processed.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- All items from our Adult collections (including sportswear and accessories)
- Items from our Babywear collection
- Personalized or custom-made items from our Collections
- Opened Books & Stationery items

Damaged or Defective Items
